At a nationally televised Yankees vs. Red Sox game on ESPN, Andrew Rector was spotted sleeping.

ESPN announcers Dan Shulman and John Kruk to note of the dozing fan and unleashed an "avalanche of disparaging words."  At least, that is the claim in the $10 million defamation lawsuit that Rector filed.

ESPN, the New York Yankees, MLB, Shulman, and Kruk are all named in the filing.

A YouTube video posted by the MLB shows a clip of the sleeping fan.  But, Rector and his lawyers have said that Shulman and Kruk also said that he "is a fatty cow that need two seats at all time and represent symbol of failure."  If that last sentence was hard to read, there is a reason.  The New York Post notes that the lawsuit is packed with typos.
