Wesley Wheeler Long time rural resident of rural Wauneta passed away Sunday, December 31st, 2017, at the Wauneta Care and Therapy Center. Wesley was 94 years of age. Survivors Include: Wife: Marjorie of rural Wauneta, NE Sons: Rod Wheeler and wife, Joy, of rural Wauneta, NE David Wheeler and wife, Lydia, of Yukon, OK Dennis Wheeler of Colorado Springs, CO 8 Grandchildren 26 Great-Grandchildren. Funeral services for Wesley Wheeler will be held Friday, January 5th, 2018, 10:30 A.M. (Central Time) at the Hamlet Union Church, Hamlet, NE with Pastor Joshua Clark officiating. Interment will follow at the Riverside Cemetery, Wauneta, NE, 1:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) with Rev. Gary Hunt officiating. Visitation will be held Thursday, January 4th, 2018, 3:00 P.M. - 6:00 P.M. (Mountain Time) at the Funeral Home in Wauneta. (Wesley will not be present for visitation on Friday) In Lieu of flowers a memorial has been established to Gideon’s International. Harvey Harms, 89 of Madrid, passed away Monday, January 1, 2018, at the Imperial Manor in Imperial. Memorial services will be held on Friday, January 5, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. at the Madrid United Methodist Church with Pastor Tammy Aubushon officiating.
