TMSG: NFL Player Amari Cooper Surprises Military Family With Gifts

Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Amari Cooper stepped away from his busy schedule to team up with some charities to help a military family.

Cooper went along with Blue Star Families and Sleep Number Beds to surprise the Kennemur family. Heather Kennemur's husband Jerrod is deployed in Afghanistan, but was able to join in for the surprise on Facebook.

The wide receiver showed up in a Sleep Number truck ready to deliver all kinds of gifts to the Kennemur family.

Blue Star Families help find military families like Kennemur's that are facing challenges and partner with a group to help gift needed items.

Cooper told NBCFW, "We may put our bodies on the line, but it's not even close to what they (military personnel) do. They're doing it for a much bigger reason than themselves."
